WETHERBY & DISTRICT ROTARY CLUB & PHYSIONET CHARITY COLLABERATION
Over the years Wetherby & District Rotary Club have collaborated with the Physionet Charity in sourcing disability aids from individuals and the care institutions for re-cycling which are then refurbished if needed, prior to being shipped to those deserving in other less fortunate countries.
Of the 202 shipments that Physionet have made to date, 32 trucks have been sent to Ukraine alongside financial help from the club.

OTHER CLUB COLLABERATIONS
Nick Dyson has supported Rotary's care to animal welfare, offering financial support for subsistence, shelter, and medical treatment. Rotary assist both independent local rescue individuals and recognised regional animal charities to safeguard vulnerable animals in our community.
Phillip Murphy, through his restaurant chain the Wetherby Whaler, has been supporting the Yorkshire Air Ambulance for many years.
